Yes and no. THE PARADIGM is crafted specifically for professional actors, singers, and dancers, but we won’t be working directly on performance skills or receiving feedback on your craft. Instead, we’re focused on transforming how you think about and relate to every aspect of your career.

We’ll coach on anything and everything you encounter as a performer—auditions, agent meetings, relationships, money, imposter syndrome, and beyond.

Because this container is exclusively for performers, we’re able to dig into the specific beliefs and limitations common in our industry. You’ll step into a new level of confidence, feel talented and capable on a deeper level, and take more aligned, inspired action.

The tools and skills you gain here apply to every part of life, giving you emotional freedom, grounded presence, and the resilience to handle any challenge—onstage and off.

No, you don’t need to have a business to create a six-figure life in the arts. It all starts by embodying wealth and raising your internal Money Set Point.

In THE PARADIGM, we’ll expand how you view and value your unique skills, giving you the option to leverage them to make money in a way that excites you—if you choose.

Many performers have interests, passions, and a vision of how they want to contribute to the world that could be monetized. If you haven’t stepped confidently into this yet, it’s likely because you’re either unsure *how* to go about it or worry it means leaving performing behind.

THE PARADIGM gives you permission to claim it all, helping you feel safe pursuing what lights you up and get *paid* for it—even if it’s outside of performing.

If you have a business, we’ll ensure your offers feel aligned and expansive for both you and your clients. If you don’t, don’t worry; you’re exactly where you need to be.

At the end of THE PARADIGM, we’ll take on a $5k in 10 Days Challenge to show you how possible it is to create income faster than you ever imagined. This way, you have the freedom to say yes to creative projects that light you up (even when the stipend is low).

Each week, you’ll receive one hour of coaching, alternating between 1:1 and group sessions.

Every other week you will meet with Kelli for a 1:1 Coaching Call. You will schedule your 1:1 Calls from your Members Area with Calendly.

If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to honor everyone's time. 

It's recommended to find another time within the same week, as 1:1 calls will not rollover past the end of the 6 month container.

Any unscheduled calls will be lost sessions.

Live Group Coaching is one of the most valuable (and fun!) parts of THE PARADIGM. Here, you’ll receive direct coaching and gain insights from witnessing others’ breakthroughs—often learning things you didn’t even know you needed.

While things like auditions, callbacks, and rehearsals will come up, each live call is recorded and available to rewatch in your Members Area. We recommend attending as many live sessions as possible (ideally missing no more than 3) to get the most out of your experience.

Live Calls are currently held on Mondays at 12pm EST, with any scheduling updates clearly communicated in advance.
